BACKWATER AND SEA CRUISE

It is with great pride to inform you that we have commenced the "Backwater and sea cruise" package utilizing our 100 passenger capacity boat "Michelle" successfully effective from last month. 

Currently we are operating trips on  weekends/holidays and expect to undertake service on all days in the near future. The trip starts at 1030 hrs from Marine drive, covers the backwaters to include Bolgatty, Thanthonny Thuruth, Mulavukad, Vaduthala, Chitoor, Moolapilly, Pizhala, Koothad, Kadamakudi and berth at an island named "Pepper Island"  located at Mulavukad at around 1230 hrs for recreational activities and food. Guests will be served a welcome drink followed by a delicious fish curry meal. There will be amusement activities provided free of cost along with paid activities including speed boat ride. Boat leaves the island at 1430 hrs to cover Gundu Island, Vypin, fort Cochin and finally to the seas. Tea and snacks shall be served in between the trip. Entertainment activities are available during the course of the journey as well as in the Island. After a memorable voyage, the boat shall be berthed at Marine drive at 1600 hrs. Ticket cost amounts to Rs. 799 per head. We will work out the package rate in case of exclusive enquiries and can offer the vessel at flexible times during the days. 

This is the first of its kind to provide tourists an opportunity to experience backwater and seas at the same time in Cochin. We have received fascinating feedback from the guests who were part of the trip for the last two weeks.
