Being a commercial undertaking, all decisions are taken on the basis of “profit-maximizing” principle, at the same time taking the interests of the various stakeholders into consideration. Being a government company, the company also keep its social obligations in mind while taking decisions.

The Memorandum and Articles of Association of the company, the service rules of the company.  The Kerala service rules and other related rules, Orders, Circulars, instructions etc issued by the Government of Kerala,  various office orders issued from time to time,  settlements with unions, contracts with customers and principals etc are used by the company and its employees while discharging its functions.

Memorandum and Articles of Association, Service rules of employees, Office orders, books of Accounts, Members register and other statutory registers, Balance sheets of previous years,    Agreements with customers and principals etc. are the type of documents of available with the company.

No system exists for consultation/representation of the public.

The company is following the government pay scales and the DA system. However, there is no pension scheme as in government.

Being a commercial undertaking, KSINC does not strictly follow a budget programme. The company has an income-expenditure projection based on expected business for the year. Expenditures are controlled wherever possible based on the income generated from that wing/business.

The company does not have any subsidy programme
